Refund policy
As all online orders are printed as a custom order we have a no returns policy unless damaged in transit also we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If the item is damaged and needs to be returned notification must be sent immediately to fionamfletcher@gmail.com and the item returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
Every effort has been made to display online as accurately as possible the image colours from 'Fiona Fletcher Photographic Art' and where a product has been photographed insitu, please consider the lighting used, be it natural or studio. I cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or phone screen display of any colour will be accurate. If you are purchasing for specific colour requirements please contact me to discuss details so you can make an informed decision.
Framed orders cannot be returned for a refund, so please choose carefully!

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
'Fiona Fletcher Photographic Art' is not liable for for the loss of items being returned, it is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method and take note of your tracking number. Shipping charges are not refunded.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the damaged item and once the return is accepted, an excnage can be affected or you can make a separate purchase for a new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and if already shipped and received you will need to pay return shipping charges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
